I’d emailed Polly Dalton twice and had gotten one response. It seems Dean Gazza is locus for considering emissions (generally and re new library) in the city of Appleton. Perhaps members will have ideas on how to approach a carbon emissions accounting system for Appleton. Mr. Gazza’s CV is online.
